1) It’s all about you!
First and foremost you’ll be spoken to by someone who knows exactly what they’re doing. We think it’s important to be personal, so we’ll give you a completely personalised service and won’t just stick you on a conveyor belt. We’ll get to know your company, the environment you work in and the roles you’re recruiting for before scouring the market to find the right people for you. We’ll make it our business to know your company and how the role fits into your structure.
2) Time to plan
We’ll go away and prepare a recruitment campaign plan so you know exactly how we will find the most suitable people for your team.
3) Who’s right, who’s not?
We’ll scour the market using various techniques to create a shortlist. This can include search and selection, advertising, networking and third party agencies.
4) Let’s talk
We’re good at talking. We’ll conduct telephone or Skype interviews to initially to ensure the people we’ve found are the right cultural match for your business.
5) Picking the best
We’ll pick the cream of the crop to take forward to the next stage.
6) We’ll talk to you
We’ll sit down and talk to you about the best of the best. We’ll discuss our proposed shortlist and then you can decide who you’d like to take forward to interview.
7) You get to meet them
You’ll interview the best people so that you’re not wasting time meeting people who aren’t right for your business needs/organisational culture.
8) It’s over to you
You then decide who’s the chosen one (or two – it has been known) and who you’d like to offer the job to. We’ll then make the offer on your behalf and sort out all of the finer details, including full reference checking when applicable.
9) We’re captivated by the future
With so much change, and so many opportunities, the right advice matters. Which is where our team come in. Our consultants know the latest trends, market rates and lots more. They’re commercially savvy too – they’ll talk to you to understand your organisation, team and what you’re looking to achieve.
10) Small, big, multinational

Some extra services we provide/things we do:
Fees:
We offer a no-fee no placement policy on all permanent roles, this simply means that we only secure and you only pay a fee when you meet one of our introduced candidates and decide to employ them! Added reassurance to you that we are confident in the people we present and confident that we are the best at what we do!
Temporary Workers:
We provide a fully managed payroll service on your behalf, we handle all candidate pay, statutory deductions and payroll administration. This offers a flexible and short or long term recruitment service with no commitment. We then charge each client weekly for each temporary worker provided.
Advice and guidance:
We follow all legislative requirements and we also advise on such issues as Fair Employment and Agency Worker Regulations (AWR) or Agency Workers Directive (AWD).
