MYM Recruitment continue to work with its Client, who has grown and developed since opening its doors in 2018. We are looking for a professional Restaurant Manager to be responsible for an extremely busy restaurant and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The goal is to maintain the existing high level sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement, in a friendly efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a very busy restaurant, and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Identify customers needs and respond pro actively to all of their concerns
  • Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
  • Work as part of the management team, deputising when necessary and provide shift management cover as required
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Report on management regarding sales results and productivity

Requirements:

  • Proven food and beverage management experience.
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs including MS Office
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
  • Communication and leadership skills
  • Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
  • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
  • Guest-oriented and service-minded
  • A hospitality degree, diploma or equivalent, though allowance may be made dependant on previous experience.
