MYM Recruitment are delighted to be continuing to work with our new Ballymena client who are the market leaders in their industry.   They are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Administrator who will work as part of the busy team.

Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

  • Provide a high level of support and administration using Microsoft Office packages.
  • Processing of company administration work.
  • Liaise with clients and other members of staff.
  • Shared customer service duties to include answering phones, taking messages, and greeting clients.
  • General office duties.
  • Filing and organising of documents.
  • Photocopying and scanning for other staff.

Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrable experience in an administrative role.
  • GCSE Maths & English grades A-C.
  • Provide 1st class administrative service that will support their stores success.
  • Be able to prioritise tasks and efficiently manage a changing workload, while maintaining accuracy & attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
