CAD Technician JO4637
MYM Recruitment are recruiting a CAD Technician, Within this role you will be using AutoCAD and Revit, producing concept plans and working drawings for our SmartBuild range of modular buildings.
The successful candidate must be able to work on their own initiative and have a sound understanding of construction details and be able to produce high quality presentation drawings. Have a thorough knowledge of modern building standards and be competent in preparing planning and working drawing packages including specifications and tender packages to a high standard. Assist in the completion of tenders for a range of construction projects.
Qualifications/ Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience. Working knowledge of UK Building Systems, Regulations and construction types. Experienced AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is essential for this role (Revit a bonus)
