MYM Recruitment are excited to be working with our Draperstown client, established back in 1950, they are renowned for creating high quality bespoke timber doors and windows.  Due to a current surge in demand, they now wish to recruit highly driven, hands on Customer Sales Assistant to join their team for an immediate start.

Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Liaise with and support the merchant team to generate sales.
  • Liaise with current and potential customers, identifying needs and opportunities.
  • Ensure sales are processed promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure customer enquiries are processed efficiently.
  • Identify and promote sales opportunities using a variety of mediums.
  • Assist with trade counter sales and enquiries.
  • Maintain effective communications with customers, suppliers, colleagues.
  • Issue goods to customers.
  • Record goods issued.
  • Update information as required.
  • Maintain good knowledge of products and services available.

Essential Criteria:

  • Good educational attainment.
  • Good written skills.
  • Knowledge of building products desirable.
  • Be customer focused and experienced in dealing with members of the public
