MYM Recruitment are excited to be working with our new Mid-Ulster client.  Established almost 20 years ago they are now one of the most well recognised companies in their industry.  As a family run company, they have a strong personal stake in every project they undertake.  They now wish to recruit highly driven Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team.

Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

  • Be the first point of contact for all private heating enquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation and issuing of quotations for heating installation to potential new customers.
  • Follow up on any quotations issued to assist in building new business.
  • Assist potential new customers with any available grant funding.
  • Follow up on any building control applications
  • Assist with the allocation of work to the operatives.
  • Process payments and grant applications for customers as required.
  • Deal with customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Any other duties deemed necessary by management.

Essential Criteria:

  • 5 GCSE’s or equivalent at Grade C and above including Maths & English.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in similar role.
  • Experience using MS Word and MS Excel Desirable Criteria.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to use own initiative.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
