MYM Recruitment are delighted to be working with our new Ballymena client who are an award-winning transport and logistics company.  Due to demand they currently require a Customs Administrator to join their business development team. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with the Transport Team & Directors to manage and build customer relationships, offer solutions, and develop and secure new business opportunities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Work with commercial and sales teams to develop new business opportunities and build relationships with customers.
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Manage all customs documentation, including declaration, licences and permits.
  • Provide regular reports on customs compliance and performance to management.
  • Import & Export customs ROI/ AIS AES entries.
  • Import & Export customs UK CDS entries.
  • Completing ENS, GMR, PBN’s
  • T1/T2 arrival and discharge for TSF
  • TSS NI ENS declarations

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience in customs compliance
  • Ability to pivot efficiently between various tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
