MYM Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with our new Belfast client Grow Web, who due to demand, are seeking a Digital Marketing Advertising Executive to join their busy team.   The role would be ideal for a Marketing Graduate that can demonstrate a real enthusiasm for digital advertising and a willingness to learn. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a number of local and international brands and make your mark in a dynamic agency at an exciting stage in its growth.

No prior experience in digital advertising is required, although an awareness of / passion for the industry and relevant transferable skills are required.  Don’t worry, you won’t be expected to know it all already! The successful candidate will be provided with on-the-job training.

Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

  • Devise and manage Digital Advertising Campaigns across multiple platforms (Search, Display, YouTube & Social).
  • Test and optimise campaigns to meet client KPI’s.
  • Client reporting and relationship management.
  • Data analysis and analytics reporting.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends, regulations and personal development.
  • Keyword research and developing proposals.

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or related) is required, 2:1 (equivalent) or higher.
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience within a marketing role.
  • A passion and drive for a future in digital marketing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Capable of prioritising tasks across multiple projects.
  • Creative and innovative ideas.
  • Knowledge of existing and emerging social networking and platforms.
  • Commercially minded and strong work ethic.
  • Google Ads Certifications.
  • Agency Experience.
