Essential Requirements:

  • Have obtained at least Grade D3 in five subjects in the Leaving Certificate Examination (higher, ordinary, applied or vocational programmes) or equivalent.
  • or
  • Have passed an examination at the appropriate level within the QQI Qualifications Framework which can be assessed as being of a comparable to Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent i.e. a full award at Level 5, or higher


  • Have appropriate relevant experience which encompasses equivalent skills and expertise.

Highly Desirable:

  • Has a recognised qualification in HR and/or has a good knowledge and experience of implementing Employment Law as it relates to Contract Management.
  • Has focus and a high attention to detail when collating data for employee contracts from manual and online systems.
  • Is aware of GDPR risks when processing personal data for staff.
  • Experience of being a key player to deliver Projects on time.
  • Makes best use of ICT to compile data in order to monitor progress on the Project regularly
  • Working knowledge of GSuite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs etc) Word Processing,
  • Advanced Excel, Mail Merge and Database Management
  • Ability to set daily and weekly targets to address outstanding work
  • Ability to identify stop gaps to progressing the Project and raising issues with Middle/Senior Managers in a timely manner.
  • Ability to give verbal updated reports to Middle/Senior Managers on a daily/weekly basis as required.
  • Is self motivated to keep the Project on track.
  • Ability to review and prioritise tasks arising from delays in the Project
