MYM Recruitment are delighted to be working with our new client in Campsie who are a global manufacturer of materials processing machinery and aerial work platforms.  We have an exciting roadmap ahead for new products, services, production capacity and business expansion.  As a result of this continued success, they are expanding their teams in Campsie and currently have an opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager.  Reporting to Manufacturing Operations Project Manager, you will be responsible for heading up a team to ensure data compliance and control.

Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

  • Enforcing a data driven culture
  • Configurator enhancement
  • Engineering change management
  • Business forecast management
  • Order management
  • Inventory analysis
  • Developing and maintaining processes to actively increase information accuracy
  • Controlling of manufacturing bill of materials from creation to maintenance
  • Implementing standard work processes within your department and effectively training team members in all aspects
  • Developing team members to be customer driven
  • Ensure compliance to all general site Rules, Regulations and Policies.
  • To maintain compliance to all Health and Safety Regulations.

Essential Criteria:

  • A minimum of three years’ experience working with MRP systems
  • Key knowledge of bill of materials creation
  • Route cause analysis of system errors
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Excellent computer skills particularly within Microsoft Office
  • Prior Knowledge of oracle systems would be desirable
  • A good understanding of lean principles would also be desirable
