MYM Recruitment are delighted to be working with our Mid-Ulster client bBold who are an award-winning tanning and bronzing range. With multiple new and innovative products being launched year on year, they are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join their fast-growing team. With a collection of TikTok viral products, the brand is experiencing exponential growth both online and instore. As our new Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving our online and affiliate revenue, managing our social media channels, and ensuring the successful execution of all NPD campaigns!
Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
- Work closely with the digital team to achieve our online revenue target. This includes leading communication and content for our website and monthly emails, ensuring all content is signed off by the Marketing Manager.
- Recruit and manage all affiliates. This involves leading the affiliate programme, developing an annual plan, setting monthly sales goals, promoting promotional activity, and ensuring payments are made.
- Manage communication and content for all bBold social media channels, ensuring that key messages and campaigns are consistent. This includes forward planning and maintaining a 4-week content plan for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- You will be responsible for creating compelling user-generated content (UGC) to enhance our brand’s social media presence. Additionally, you will need to think creatively to develop innovative public relations (PR) campaigns and stunts that can increase our online exposure and drive engagement.
- Work with the entire marketing team to produce NPD campaigns, ensuring that campaign exposure is maximised and executed to its full potential. This includes managing photoshoot logistics and supporting marketing with key events.
- Deliver training and educational programs to our key pharmacy partners, helping them to better understand our product offerings and communicate their benefits to their customers effectively.
- Attend work-related trips and conferences across the UK and Ireland, where you will have the opportunity to network, learn, and gather insights on industry trends and best practices – may occasionally involve weekends.
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the beauty industry.
- A keen interest in content creation is a plus.
Desirable Criteria:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as social media, SEO and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Experience with TikTok shop and affiliate management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
