MYM Recruitment are delighted to be working with our Antrim client who are a reputable and well-established company which has been operating since 1986. They currently are seeking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator who will play a vital role within their Head office. This is a full-time permanent role however they will consider part-time hours and or job share for suitable candidates.
Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
- Conduct sales transactions and reconcile accounts.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Compose and send correspondence.
- Manage the online booking system.
- First line of contact for customer complaints.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining procedures in accordance with the quality management system.
- Purchase supplies.
- Handling employee requests.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Process purchase ledger invoices.
- Provide an efficient front of house service.
Essential Criteria:
- Five GCSEs to include Maths and English at Grade C level or above.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent IT skills including a sound working knowledge of the MS Office suite.
- Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Meticulous organisation and planning skills with a keen attention to detail.
Desirable Criteria:
- Level 3 Diploma in Business and Administration or equivalent.
- ICT Qualification.
