MYM Recruitment are delighted to be working with our Antrim client who are a reputable and well-established company which has been operating since 1986.  They currently are seeking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator who will play a vital role within their Head office.  This is a full-time permanent role however they will consider part-time hours and or job share for suitable candidates.

Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

  • Conduct sales transactions and reconcile accounts.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Compose and send correspondence.
  • Manage the online booking system.
  • First line of contact for customer complaints.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining procedures in accordance with the quality management system.
  • Purchase supplies.
  • Handling employee requests.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Process purchase ledger invoices.
  • Provide an efficient front of house service.

Essential Criteria:

  • Five GCSEs to include Maths and English at Grade C level or above.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent IT skills including a sound working knowledge of the MS Office suite.
  • Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Meticulous organisation and planning skills with a keen attention to detail.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Business and Administration or equivalent.
  • ICT Qualification.
