MYM Recruitment are excited to be working with our Cookstown client who are one of the longest established private trading groups in Northern Ireland and has developed a strong reputation as one of the leading land, property, construction and manufacturing specialists. Due to continued growth, they are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their Cookstown branch.
Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
- To answer/log phone/email enquiries and action them.
- To undertake customer service actions including courtesy calls on receipt of client instructions/authorisations.
- Log all authorisations onto employer database, to prepare authorisations and pass schedules of works to site personnel in conjunction with relevant surveyor(s).
- Follow up and log all payments.
- Retrieve supplier dockets from site personnel.
- Send monthly debtor lists to clients.
- Deal with customer queries and issues.
- Send regular updates to clients.
- Undertake general filing and administrative duties.
- To maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training.
- To respond to requests from information as required.
- To undertake other tasks as and when required.
Essential Criteria:
- Good educational attainment including min GCSE/equivalent Mathematics & English.
- At least 1 years employment in office environment.
- Excellent IT skills and working experience on a range of IT packages.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
- Good decision making and problem solving skills.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative / adaptability under pressure.
- Ability to work proficiently both independently and as part of a hardworking team.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Positive “can do” attitude.
