MYM Recruitment are delighted to be working with our existing Portglenone client who work on several civil engineering contracts.  Due to a current surge in demand, they currently require an Office & IT Support Administrator on a full time permanent basisThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who would like to pursue a career in Administration and IT.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Document all daily Health and Safety activities including lone workers and confined space entries.
  • Provide customer support to Lifetime customers; assist customers with software management; assist with all software and data queries; assist with ongoing and end of year account reporting.
  • Input all company account information.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly account reports.
  • Monitor and complete company tender interests and responses.
  • Assist with Company HR administration.
  • Assist with Company IT administration.

Essential Criteria:

  • Qualification in Maths, English and IT
  • Knowledge of accounts management and software packages
  • Excellent communication skills across all platforms
  • Capable in handling of data ranging from financial, general administration etc.
  • Experience in an IT support role
  • Technological skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Servers (Additional knowledge would be a benefit – Java, C#, Anti-virus, Malware and Networking)
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of data modelling, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques
  • The capacity to develop and document procedures and workflows
