Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week – Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5.15pm, Friday 8.45am to 5.15pm

MYM Recruitment are continuing to work with our Magherafelt client, who due to demand have an immediate start for an Office Administrator in their Magherafelt office.

Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

  • Provide a high level of customer service.
  • Efficient Administrative support.
  • Meticulous data entry.
  • Shared reception duties to include answering phones, taking messages, and greeting clients.
  • General office duties.
  • Filing and organising of documents.
  • Photocopying and scanning.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in a similar administrative role is preferable, however full training will be provided.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and analytical skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, although not essential.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
