Responsibilities and Job details are out lined below but not limited to the following:

Full control of the DC Production & AC Production Areas
-
Overseeing production processes
-
Ensure output meets quality standard
-
Planning and organising production schedules (once weekly) adjusting to meet deadlines
-
Liaising with management in other sites to meet ship dates
-
Liaising with engineering for production drawing/schematics & BOM’s.
-
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
-
Organising relevant training sessions
-
Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
-
Supervising and managing the production employees holiday requests
-
Managing purchasing staff, making sure raw materials are always available and AC BOM’s are ordered for production builds, along with stock management
-
Liaising with management in regards to maintenance work, purchasing of equipment
-
Liaising with management to determine number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
-
Organising AC site fitment dates with customers
-
Report to upper management
Essential Criteria:
-
Proven experience in product management or related role
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Proven ability to manage and supervise multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams
-
Ability to create product development and marketing strategies
-
Strong leadership and project management skills
