MYM Recruitment are delighted to be working with our new Coleraine client who are a fast-moving business, which has benefitted from recent investment and has strong growth plans. Due to a current surge in demand, they require a Project Administrator to join them and support their existing successful team. In this role the post-holder will successfully help deliver all ongoing projects with the support of the already established team. There may be a requirement to travel throughout the UK and Ireland with this role.
Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
- Maintain an excellent working relationship with all of the team, clients and third parties.
- Ensure all works are adequately and safely designed, constructed, and implemented and then removed in accordance with the project procedures.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the business.
- Promptly respond to client correspondences and answer queries, as needed.
- Develop and foster relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Essential Criteria:
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Experience of creating project plans.
- Ability to manage and prioritize own workload effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
Desirable Criteria:
- Degree educated within a Construction related subject. (Graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
- 2 years experience in a Works Coordinator or Assistant PM role.
- Experience managing the complete lifecycle of a project would be advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in a similar environment.
