MYM continue to work for its client, who require relief staff as part of their team, we currently require highly experienced administrator/receptionist, to cover a busy reception area and call center, this may be full time/part time hours.  This would include a vetting process.

Criteria:

  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Highly motivated with strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a team and on own initiative
  • General office duties
  • Excellent customer service
  • Direct customer queries to relevant staff members
  • Administration and filing duties
  • Ability to multitask

Desirable Criteria:

  • 2 years+ experience in busy office
  • Excellent communication skills verbally and written (excellent telephone manner)
  • Leaving Cert or equivalent
  • previous experience in a medical reception

Job Types: Full-time/part-time hours available

 

Education:

  • Advanced/Higher Certificate (preferred)

 

Experience:

  • Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
