MYM Recruitment are working with our Draperstown client in their search for a Receptionist as a first point of contact for their head office.

Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

  • Processing telephone calls and directing enquiries.
  • Respond to and follow up enquiries using appropriate methods.
  • Record, analyse, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
  • Attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.
  • Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements.
  • Any other work deemed important to the Office Manager.
  • Any other duties within reason and capability associated with this role.

Essential Criteria:

  • Good educational attainment including min GCSE/equivalent Mathematics & English.
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using busy telephone system and switchboard.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Experience using various IT systems.
  • Excellent reporting skills.
  • Excellent ability to manage deadlines and multitask.
  • A can-do attitude and a team player.
  • A willingness and enthusiasm to help other team members as and when required.
