MYM Recruitment have the pleasure of working with a new client, based in Letterkenny who are now looking for a highly motivated, outgoing and tech savvy Sales Development Team Leader with a strong business acumen and passion to join a growing team. Key Objectives of This Role:

The Sales Development Team Leader is responsible for lead volume consistency of outbound Sales Development (SDR) team.


  • Provide leadership to our existing SDR Team – leading by example you will be responsible for ensuring that each team member is effective with their time, follow up and tasks.
  • Building the Sales Development Academy using industry best practices and knowledge.
  • Recruiting new SDR’s and delivering sales training and coaching sessions.
  • Work with our marketing team to build campaigns and outreach strategies.
  • Create, iterate and innovate sales scripts and strategies that help our SDR’s booking meetings.
  • Setting high profile appointments with prospective mid-market and enterprise sized companies.
  • Support the Account Executives in growth of the sales department and strategy.


  • At least three years of top performing sales experience at Senior SDR level or above
  • At least one year of leadership and or management experience in an SDR environment
  • Experience with Sales Automation tools such as Salesloft, Hubspot or similar CRMs
  • You must demonstrate above average knowledge of the B2B SaaS space

Remote and Hybrid working is an option for the right candidate.
