MYM Recruitment are working with our client in Ardboe in their search for a driven and self motivated Sales Representative to grow their sales within key identified fields. The role will be full time with flexibility to include a certain amount of office based hours to be agreed.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Working closely with our head of sales to identify and approach new clients/customers/leads
- Growing key target markets within NI and further afield
- Working independently to meet new customers. Pricing, estimating and following through on orders and payments with a view to long lasting business relationships
- Managing and servicing key customer accounts with some commission-based earnings
- Management and credit control of customer accounts
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of building materials and industry crucial
- Sales experience essential
- Existing contacts within construction industry very advantageous
- Ability to show initiative to drive sales and turnover
- Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and customers
- Approachable person and likeable personality crucial to assist with gaining customer trust
- Good ambassador for the business on the road
